My typical day at work?
I currently work with a health organization as a Technical Adviser so I report at 8:00 a.m. to handle office duties (paperwork, emails, phone calls) and brief my team then depending on the days schedule I will facilitate a meeting or training or do a fieldwork site visit.
What are you passionate about?
I love treating the skin! I was always being consulted by family and friends for solutions as soon as I stepped into medical school which birthed my passion to help people on taking care of their health and their skin naturally.
What is the role of women in society?
Women are pillars, support systems. Women move agendas, rally around vision and catalyze change in any atmosphere. Our coding as women ensures that we feel and connect deeply so we commit with perseverance and work every detail to ensure impact is felt.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Giving value to life; I desire to be an authentic model for many, exemplifying what it means to be a pillar and agent of transformation in society.
How women can support each other to grow?
Titus 2 – Let the older woman teach the younger woman. I believe in the power of mentorship; each one teach one. Women ought to honor and cover one another as we journey and come into our true expression. Let’s give each other room to learn and avail ourselves to teach.
